This tumbling class is designed to progress students through the prerequisite skills for Tumbling 2! Class includes basic tumbling, jumps, flexibility and cheer conditioning. Tumbling skills: handstands, cartwheels, backbends, splits, backbend-kickovers, power hurdles, and evuntually, drills for round-offs.
Ages: Boys & Girls / 6-12 Years Old
Class Length 55 Minutes / Once per Week, classes are ongoing, year-round
