Girls Gymnastics

An entry level class that teaches basic skills and challenges elementary students with new skills. Basic skills taught include cartwheels, handstands, rolls, vaults, bar skills, beam skills, and trampoline safety and skills.

Ages: Girls Only / 7 to 9 Years Old
Class Length 55 Minutes / Once per Week, classes are ongoing, year-round

A more advanced class for elementary students. Gymnasts should be able to do cartwheels, handstands, rolls and basic bars, beam and vault skills. Previous gymnastics experience and instructor recommendation required.

The skills taught will be similar to the Elementary 1 & 2 classes with progressions designed for students ages 8-12. More advanced skills will be taught as the student progresses.

Silver Starz class is a step up in skill level from our Elementary 2 class. Classes build on the skills learned in Elementary 2 and progress to USA Gymnastics level 3 skills. Staff recommendation or evaluation required.
