Men’s Gymnastics Team

Head Over Heels teams compete as the Alabama Starz. We offer USA Gymnastics Menu2019s levels 4-10 competition. Menu2019s competitive gymnastics includes vault, rings, high bar, vault, pommel horse and floor exercise. Our philosophy is to contribute to the development of our athletes as strong competitors and strong young people. We believe gymnastics is about more than routines and skills- the values of hard work, goal setting and team participation are among the many character building lessons our athletes learn through gymnastics. We have an excellent, highly trained coaching staff dedicated to helping each athlete reach their goals. Our coaches are USA Gymnastics background checked and safety certified. Athletes are selected for pre-team from our boyu2019s gymnastics classes and progress (by skill evaluations) onto our competitive teams.nnOur teams proudly represent our program and our state in local, regional and national level competitions.
