No acro experience necessary to join this fun class! We will work together to learn basic to intermediate acro skills. Class will include solo skills, partner skills and group activities. Ages 8 and up, (6-7 year olds may also attend classes with a parent) Parent can attend free with a paying child!

Ages 8 and up —Class Length: 55 minutes once a week.

Cheer Tumbling 1

Cheer Tumbling 1


An intensive tumbling class designed to progress students through the prerequisite skills for Tumbling 2! Class includes basic tumbling, cheer jumps, flexibility and cheer conditioning. Tumbling skills: handstands, cartwheels, backbends, splits, backbend-kickovers, power hurdles, and drills for round-offs.

Cheer Tumbling 2


Prerequisite: Tumbling 1 skills/instructor recommendation. Class includes intermediate tumbling, cheer jumps, flexibility and cheer conditioning. Tumbling skills: drills for round-offs, round-off from power hurdle, and drills for back handsprings.

Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) Junior


Basic to intermediate tumbling skills are covered in class. Trampoline practice enhances body awareness and fitness to improve skills on both trampoline and floor. Highly recommended for cheer students wishing to improve basic tumbling and jumps. For students interested in competitive trampoline and tumbling, this class is the lead in to that program.

Ages: Boys & Girls / 4 to 6 Years Old
